Overview

Sayres Defense is seeking a Systems Engineer III (C2 COP / Battle Management Systems Engineer) to support command and control (C2) systems and Common Operational Picture (COP) capabilities for JUSMAG Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for C2 systems and Common Operational Picture (COP) platforms


• Support integration, configuration, and testing of battle management systems


• Analyze system performance and interoperability across platforms and networks


• Support requirements development, system architecture, and interface design


• Coordinate with operational users and stakeholders to align system capabilities with mission needs


• Develop technical documentation, system diagrams, and engineering artifacts


• Support training, demonstrations, and operational assessments

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field


• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering, C2 systems, or battle management environments


• Experience with COP tools, data integration, and operational systems


• Familiarity with joint/coalition environments and interoperability standards


• Strong analytical, systems thinking, and communication skills
