Responsibilities

• Support Daily Warehouse Operations-Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely execution of picking, packing, put-away, and shipping activities via system tasks.
• Management Systems (WMS)-Ensure the accurate use of WMS for inventory tracking, order processing, and warehouse task coordination.
• Data Entry and System Updates-Accurately input shipment data, receipts, transfers, and returns into the system to ensure real-time visibility.
• Generate and Review Operational Reports-Create and analyze reports on inventory, order status, and system performance to support operational decisions.
• Troubleshoot System and Process Issues-Resolve WMS-related problems promptly, escalating technical issues to IT or support teams when necessary.
• Ensure Compliance with SOPs and Safety Standards-Adhere to DHLs standard operating procedures, data integrity rules, and health & safety policies to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
  
  
  

• High school diploma or college graduate.
• Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Has basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Has experience in SAP.
• Can work on shifting schedule.
• Can easily learn and used WMS application.
• With good performance and attendance from the previous job.
• Willingness to work onsite in Brgy. Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City.
