Responsibilities

To make sure that the RTV is running smoothly and efficiently by doing the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for creation and sending monthly KPI reports to customer
• Encoding of Incoming RTVs coming from the stores (checked by the RTV receiver)
• Encoding of all RTVs Released to Vendor
• Update the tagging of released and receive RTVs at JDA
• RTV creaion at JDA subject for return to vendor and for charge to DC.
• Generation of created warehouse damages at WMOSs that was subject for Warehouse associate validation
• Reprinting of RTV document or manifest that was identified lacking during releasing activity
• Other roles and responsibilities that immediate superior may sk.
  
  
  

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, any field.
• Required Skills: SAP, MS Office particularly in excel.
• At least 1-2 years experience in warehousing management and distribution operations as encoder or any related position.
• Effective compliance to instructions and keen to details.
