Supply Planning Analyst AU IT MSP Hybrid

Salary: P60,000 - P75,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or a related supply chain function.
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to use data to adjust supply plans and optimize inventory management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with production, logistics, sales and marketing to align supply plans with business needs.
• Advanced skills in analytic tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) - Essential
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and collaboration.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, forecasting, and purchasing processes.
• Solid understanding of supply chain logistics, including purchase order tracking, freight coordination, and shipment management.
• Excellent stakeholder such as Sales, Marketing, AP, CSO and Field Logistic collaboration, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, data analysis, and reporting tools, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
  
  

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, ensuring the timely availability of products.
• Analyse inventory levels and supply data to adjust replenishment strategies and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with AP SCM and logistic team to balance supply capacity with market demand and business objectives.
• Utilize planning tools and ERP systems to create accurate supply forecasts and optimize inventory levels.
• Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues and propose corrective actions to improve lead times and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Generate regular reports on supply performance, including key metrics like on-time delivery and stock levels.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain processes and reducing costs.
