Job Description

Develop and implement strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new revenue streams.
Ensure growth strategy will drive sales performance & productivity at scale.
Analyse business processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead initiatives to improve customer acquisition & retention.
Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with the organization's overall objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Background

Strategy consulting (MBB) and/or
In-house strategy, transformation and commercial leadership in telco and/or consumer businesses

Strong Exposure To

Telco / subscription models
Digital transformation / omni-channel
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes
