About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, hyper-organized, and commercially-savvy Strategic Partnerships and Events Specialist . This is a high-impact, dual-scope role requiring a unique blend of strategic ecosystem expansion and meticulously detailed relationship management

You will serve as the primary face of our network while orchestrating comprehensive remote event execution. The ideal candidate possesses the rare ability to not only ideate creative relationship frameworks but also translate those ideas into highly structured, actionable, and data-driven growth strategies.


Work hours: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Manila Time) ; Mondays - Fridays

Work set-up: Remote (but can attend onsite company events if needed in either Makati or Mandaluyong)

Holiday Observance: Philippine National Public Holidays


What you’ll do

  • Ecosystem Expansion & Strategy: Prospect, pitch, and onboard new strategic partners to drive business development and network growth. Design compelling partnership frameworks that deliver mutual commercial value.
  • Relationship Management & Data Governance: Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for existing partners, maintaining consistent engagement and building deep rapport. Own data management for the partnership network, ensuring pipelines, partner files, and performance metrics are presented in a highly organized, structured format.
  • Financial Tracking: Take ownership of tracking partner incentives and bonus cycles, calculating distributions with absolute accuracy, and coordinating with finance for seamless processing .
  • Remote Event Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute partner-centric events remotely to build community, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Rally internal business units, sales teams, and account executives to ensure absolute operational alignment and flawless event execution
  • Executive Communication: Provide regular, data-driven updates to executive leadership regarding pipeline health, partner satisfaction, and event ROI. Operate with an autonomous, ownership mindset, flagging roadblocks early and actively pushing strategic solutions upward.

What You Bring

  • Sales & Events Experience: Must possess proven, hands-on experience in sales, account management, or partnership generation, paired with a solid track record of handling event execution or logistics.
  • Adaptable Industry Background: While functional experience in sales and events is required, prior experience within our specific niche or industry sector is not required. We place an immense value on core character, personality, and an agile mindset—we need someone who can learn our ecosystem rapidly.
  • High-EQ & Professional Presentability: Naturally charismatic, pleasant, and high-EQ disposition. Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to interface confidently with clients and C-suite executives
  • Obsessive Organization: Highly structured approach to data. You excel at keeping files, tracking sheets, event logistics, and financial incentives meticulously clean and organized
  • Strategic Execution: Strong ability to connect high-level ideation with practical execution, turning broad concepts into measurable commercial strategies
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You can articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively
  • Autonomy & Agility: Highly proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment without the need for micro-management
