  • Architect the Philippines Ecosystem: Define and lead the partnership strategy and governance for the Philippine market, ensuring a high-quality network of System Integrators and Distributors aligned with Siemens’ standards.
  • Drive National Market Expansion: Identify and cultivate strategic business relationships with key accounts and partners to achieve significant commercial growth and order intake.
  • Master GTM Strategy: Determine the most effective Go-To-Market approach (Direct vs. Indirect) for major Philippine infrastructure and industrial projects, ensuring maximum reach and technical compliance.
  • Analyze Market Dynamics: Stay ahead of Philippine industrial trends—such as grid modernization and digitalization—and evolve partnership models to leverage new technologies.
  • Lead & Mentor a Local Team: Provide direct leadership to a team of Partner Management Professionals, fostering their development and ensuring a unified approach to the market.
  • Define Strategic Goals: Establish mutual objectives with partners that create shared value, ensuring they are fully equipped and motivated to represent the Siemens EA portfolio.
  • Governance & Pipeline Integrity: Maintain a transparent overview of all business opportunities using CRM and pipeline analytics, ensuring data is updated in line with global business cycles.

Your Defining Qualities

  • 10+ Years of Strategic Leadership: A proven track record in Strategic Partnership Management or Business Development, with deep experience managing complex B2B relationships in the Philippines.
  • Ecosystem Governance Expert: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement partnership frameworks that ensure compliance, quality, and technical excellence.
  • Philippine Market Mastery: Strong understanding of the local electrification and automation landscape, including familiarity with major EPCs, utilities (e.g., NGCP/Meralco), and industrial players.
  • Strategic & Analytical Visionary: Ability to translate complex market data into clear growth strategies, identifying exactly where Siemens and its partners should play to win.
  • Influential Executive Communicator: Capable of articulating complex strategies to C-suite stakeholders, both internally and across your partner network.
  • Proven People Leader: Significant experience in mentoring and leading professional teams, with a focus on building a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • CRM & Digital Savvy: Highly proficient in using modern CRM tools to drive data-backed decision-making and maintain pipeline visibility.
