Job Description

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

The Technology Sr. Recruitment Officer is responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing SAP and General Technology candidates while building and maintaining strong talent pools. This role supports the recruitment team through proactive candidate engagement, lead generation, and accurate database management to ensure high-quality shortlists and KPI achievement.

Key Responsibilities 1. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pool Development

  • Build and maintain SAP and General Technology talent pools.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels, including:
    • Bullhorn CRM
    • SEEK advertising
    • LinkedIn advertising
    • SEEK Talent
    • Referrals
  • Proactively identify and engage "hot" candidates in key technology areas.
2. Candidate Screening & Shortlisting

  • Conduct initial phone qualification screenings.
  • Vet applications from advertisements and internal databases.
  • Shortlist candidates based on skills, availability, rate expectations, and location.
  • Ensure all candidate skills and availability are accurately documented in the database.

3. Lead Generation

  • Generate candidate-level leads through screening and active questioning.
  • Identify potential client opportunities during interviews and relationship-building conversations.
  • Pass qualified leads to the recruitment team for follow-up.

4. Database & Documentation Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (candidates, clients, jobs, and leads).
  • Manage resumes received via advertising, website submissions, recruiters, and account managers.
  • Ensure all CVs are formatted professionally and contain complete contact details.

5. Internal Collaboration & KPI Compliance

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal recruitment and account management teams.
  • Adhere to all KPIs and performance metrics set by management.
  • Provide timely updates and support to consultants to facilitate successful placements.
