Job Description

A well-established regulated Forex brokerage is looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Conversion Manager to join its growing team in Manila.

The successful candidate will manage and lead a team of Spanish-speaking conversion agents, driving new client acquisition and improving conversion performance. The role requires strong leadership, sales management experience, and a deep understanding of the Forex industry.

This is a full-time office-based position within a rapidly growing international brokerage.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Conversion Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Conversion Agent

Proven experience in the Forex / CFD / Online Trading industry

Fluent Spanish and English

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent sales and closing ability

Ability to manage a high-performance sales environment

Experience managing KPIs, targets, and team performance

Manage and lead a team of Spanish-speaking Conversion Agents

Monitor and improve lead conversion performance

Train, coach, and mentor agents to maximize results

Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Analyse conversion data and improve sales strategies

Work closely with marketing and retention teams

Ensure all sales activities follow regulated Forex compliance standards

Assist with hiring and onboarding new agents
