Social Media Staff

Position Responsibilities

• Assists in the activities of the Media Production Support unit of GMA Kapuso Foundation (GMAKF)
• Manages and monitors GMAKFs website and social media accounts and post engagements
• Ensures timely updates of news and events in the GMAKF website and social media accounts, as well as, uploading of pictures and other visual elements
• Writes news articles, announcements, special features to be uploaded online
• Monitors and analyzes data and crafting strategies for GMAKFs social media properties for greater social media presencee
• Monitors breaking news on social media related to GMAKF endeavor and engagement
• Plans for digital marketing through social media campaigns and strategies
• Responds to online queries of the general public, scouts for stories online
• Prepares layout materials and collaterals for GMAKF projects, create job orders
• Assists in the preparation of the Annual Report (photos, layout, coordination with Program Support)
• Maintain an editorial calendar

• Knowledge in online community platforms

• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop an advantage

• Has Bachelors Degree in Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Social Media or any related course
• With at least 1 year work experience in PR, Marketing, Advertising or Digital Advertising
• Knowledgeable with the use of social media platforms
• Excellent writing skills in English and Filipino
• Willing to work on site and on field (as needed)
• Experience with NGO or charitable organization is an advantage
