NowServing is scaling our social media presence through engaging healthcare content.

The Opportunity

Youll create and produce social media content that helps Filipinos discover healthcare services. This isnt just an on-screen role - youll handle everything from ideation and filming to editing and performance tracking. Youll work alongside our social media lead to scale content production across multiple platforms.

What Youll Own

• Content creation: Produce videos and posts across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• On-camera presence: Host and present healthcare content in an engaging, relatable way
• Production: Plan shoots, film content, edit videos, and manage the full content pipeline
• Performance optimization: Track what content performs well, iterate quickly, and scale winning formats
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare influencers, patient advocates, and healthcare providers for content
  
  

• Youre comfortable on camera and can make health topics engaging and accessible
• You naturally understand what makes people stop scrolling and engage with content
• You can move fast - create, test, learn, and improve quickly based on performance
• Youre equally comfortable brainstorming ideas and executing the technical production work
• You want creative freedom but also care about data and results
• Youre passionate about using content to help people access better healthcare
  
  

• Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with audiences
• Experience creating content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) - personal or professional
• Video editing skills or willingness to learn quickly
• Understanding of social media trends and what makes content engaging
• Fluent in both English and Filipino/Tagalog
• Ability to work independently and manage content production end-to-end
• Fresh graduates with strong content portfolios are welcome to apply
