Their flagship products combine electrolytes, adaptogens (mushrooms and vitamins), and antioxidants into convenient, on-the-go "stix" that boost hydration, mental function, and physical wellness.

About The Role

The client is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Social Media and Marketing Virtual Assistant to support daily marketing execution and community engagement. This role is operational in nature with light creative responsibilities and a strong focus on consistency, communication, and follow through. You will support social media growth, influencer and partner outreach, and AI assisted video content using existing systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement & Growth
• Act as the "voice" of Health Stix on Instagram and TikTok by responding to comments and DMs.
• Proactively engage with relevant accounts and niche communities to drive organic growth.
• Execute strategic "likes" and comments to boost algorithm performance.
• Strictly adhere to brand tone and language guidelines in every interaction.
• Influencer & Partner Relations
• Execute outreach campaigns to potential influencers and partners via email.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain organized records of all partnership communications.
• Ensure all relationship data is kept up-to-date in our internal tracking systems.
• AI-Assisted Content Creation
• Produce short-form video content using our established AI workflows and templates.
• Perform video editing in CapCut based on a provided monthly content calendar.
• Follow specific prompting instructions and creative direction to ensure a high-quality final product.
• Marketing Admin Support
• Handle daily administrative tasks related to marketing operations.
• Manage professional email correspondence with external partners.
• Maintain organized digital files and task lists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  
  

• Experience: Proven track record managing/supporting marketing and social media for US based businesses.
• Proficiency in CapCut or similar mobile video editing software.
• Communication: Exceptional written English and the ability to mimic a specific brand voice.
• Platforms: Highly proficient in Instagram and TikTok ecosystem (trends, engagement, UI).
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using AI tools and basic prompting (or a high aptitude to learn).
• Traits: Extremely organized, reliable, and able to work independently after training.
  
  

• Experience in the D2C/E-commerce space.
• Familiarity with the Shopify backend is a major plus.
