Shopify Merchandiser AU Retail Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00AM - 3:00PM PHT)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Ecommerce Operations & Shopify Merchandiser to manage our day-to-day online order operations and Shopify merchandising.

This role is critical to the success of our ecommerce business and sits at the intersection of Shopify, Retail Express (REX), and our national store network.

You will be responsible for routing and managing 200–400 online orders per week, coordinating fulfilment with our stores, maintaining product accuracy on Shopify, and supporting monthly sale launches and new product releases.

This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who thrives on execution, accuracy, and ownership.

• Online Order Operations (Primary Responsibility)
• Manage and route 200–400 Shopify orders per week through Retail Express (REX)
• Ensure all orders are correctly assigned to the appropriate store based on fulfilment rules
• Monitor order flow daily and resolve routing exceptions or issues
• Maintain clean, accurate order records across Shopify and Retail Express
• Ensure weekly order routing is completed on time and without errors
• Act as the main point of contact between ecommerce and the store network for online orders
• Proactively communicate with stores to organise fulfilment and resolve issues
• Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or problematic orders
• Be confident and direct when coordinating with store teams — this role requires initiative and ownership
• Set up new products on Shopify each month based on launch timelines
• Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards, including:
• Titles
• Pricing
• Variants
• Images
• Descriptions
• Metafields
• Shipping rules
• QA all product pages before launch
• Maintain high merchandising standards across collections and product pages
• Maintain and update Google Business and website store listings
• Ensure trading hours, holiday hours, and store details are always accurate
• Review listings 1–2 times per month and update as required
• Support sale launches on Shopify (1–2 per month), including:
• Sale themes and collection setup
• Pricing updates and promotions
• QA of live sale pages and product prices
• Ensure promotions are executed accurately and on time
• Experience working with Shopify (admin, products, collections, pricing, promotions)
• Strong operational mindset — you care about accuracy, systems, and process
• Comfortable working with order volumes and fulfilment workflows
• Confident communicator who is not afraid to follow up with store teams
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple timelines and priorities at once
• Experience with Retail Express (REX) or similar retail POS/ERP systems
• Experience in ecommerce operations, fulfilment, or merchandising
• Experience working with multi-store retail networks
