Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and usability across all environments.
• Perform application maintenance, including performance monitoring, error identification, and remediation.
• Manage support for incidents and provide timely resolution.
• Lead planning and execution of platform upgrades.
• Oversee instance security, including user/group access, administration, and access control lists.
• Provide configuration assistance and support to developers.
• Collaborate within an Agile Safe environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure effective management of cloud-based platforms.
• Utilize expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CSM.
• Administer and support additional ICT systems and Jira as required.
  
  
  

About You

• Experience in ServiceNow administration with at least 5 years in a similar position.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and modules (ITSM, CSM).
• Experience administering ICT systems and Jira.
• Expertise working in Agile Safe environments.
• Strong background in cloud platform management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse teams.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Proficiency in English; any additional language is a plus.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
