As a Service Manager- Procurement, we rely on you to:

  • Assist the Area Purchasing Manager on daily purchasing operations
  • Demonstrate a high level of honesty and integrity in all dealings
  • Enhance the use of existing group contracts and establish regional contracts
  • Reduce the cost of operational purchases on a regional and unit basis while maintaining established quality levels.
  • Responsible to ensure that all purchases meets the requirements of the region hotels.
  • Secure contracts with suppliers on best commercial terms.
  • Involve in facilitating CER requests depending on the assigned CER.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Preferably At least 2-5 years as Assistant Purchasing Manager or Assistant Cost Controller in international five star hotel chain or any other hospitality industry
  • Has experience in dealing with cross functional teams (i.e. Engineering project involvement)
  • Is knowledgeable in any Procurement System (i.e. SCM, SAP, etc.)
  • Is proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Has good communication and people management skills
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
  • Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Able to communicate priorities and drives business results
  • Demonstrate high level of integrity and honesty.
  • Smart with pleasing personality. Has good negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter and customer oriented.
  • Displays initiative, commitment to professional values.
