Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Desktop Support for Windows 7/8.1/10
  • Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2/2016 exposure to Active Directory Management
  • Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online exposure
  • Office 365 office suite exposure
  • Basic understanding of Terminal Services / Citrix Delivery services
  • Printers (Setup & Configuration)
  • Basic understanding of networks

What will you do?

  • Manage the incoming flow of work by accurately triaging requests and assigning priorities
  • Provide frontline telephony and customer facing support for initial fault diagnosis; liaise with customer throughout to

ensure satisfactory resolution of problem.

  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to a senior teams
  • Track and route problems / requests and document resolutions
  • Providing accurate and timely advice to clients seeking technical information / recommendations.
