Experience using service management or ERP systems (e.g., Simpro)
Knowledge of compliance and site induction processes for field operations
What will you do? �� Service Scheduling & Coordination
Act as the key point of contact for service-related customer inquiries
Schedule and coordinate service jobs efficiently and accurately
Manage calendars in line with fatigue management guidelines
Coordinate technician deployment based on customer rosters and service cycles
✈️ Travel & Logistics
Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and car hire
Ensure cost-effective and timely logistics for field personnel
�� Timesheets & Invoicing
Verify timesheets against site records and ensure policy compliance
Prepare accurate invoices based on customer agreements, including overtime and travel
��️ Compliance & Inductions
Support maintenance of training and compliance records with the People & Culture team
Ensure technicians are fully compliant and site-ready
�� Customer & System Management
Update compliance documents and insurance records in client systems and portals
