Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

What We’re Looking For

�� Skills & Experience

  • Experience in service coordination or administration, ideally within engineering, mining, or industrial environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional approach to stakeholder engagement
  • High attention to detail, especially in documentation and invoicing accuracy
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong initiative

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using service management or ERP systems (e.g., Simpro)
  • Knowledge of compliance and site induction processes for field operations


  • What will you do? �� Service Scheduling & Coordination

    • Act as the key point of contact for service-related customer inquiries
    • Schedule and coordinate service jobs efficiently and accurately
    • Manage calendars in line with fatigue management guidelines
    • Coordinate technician deployment based on customer rosters and service cycles

    ✈️ Travel & Logistics

    • Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and car hire
    • Ensure cost-effective and timely logistics for field personnel

    �� Timesheets & Invoicing

    • Verify timesheets against site records and ensure policy compliance
    • Prepare accurate invoices based on customer agreements, including overtime and travel

    ��️ Compliance & Inductions

    • Support maintenance of training and compliance records with the People & Culture team
    • Ensure technicians are fully compliant and site-ready

    �� Customer & System Management

    • Update compliance documents and insurance records in client systems and portals
