Job Description

Schedule: Fixed daytime shift (20 hours per week)

What are we looking for?

Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Skilled in content optimization, SEO writing, and understanding search intent
Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Keyword Planner)
Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
Ability to create and manage digital marketing campaigns
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Paid Ads experience is a must (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Strong understanding of the construction industry audience (builders, contractors, developers, engineers)
Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing are a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Yoast)

What will you do?

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and

search platforms

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like

Google Analytics

Optimize website content for SEO and user engagement
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce marketing materials
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and SEO best practices
