Senior Treasury Trader

Job Description

The Senior Treasury Trader is responsible for ensuring the effective management of financial risks across the Group by maintaining robust exposure monitoring, conducting in-depth risk analytics, and enforcing compliance with internal risk governance. The role delivers timely insights on interest rate and FX risks and executes hedging transactions to manage exposures in line with approved strategies.

The position also plays an active role in supporting projects and process improvement initiatives within Treasury Services. This includes contributing to the enhancement of risk reporting tools, data automation, and system integrations—ultimately driving operational efficiency, risk transparency, and stronger decision-making across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any 4-year related course
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Treasury functions
• CPA is an advantage, Certified Treasury Professional, CFA units, preferred but not required
• Preferably with experience in banks or corporate treasury
• Strong background in risk management for FX and interest rates
• Experience in formulating hedging strategies from analysis to execution
