Senior Testing Analyst - Contract 12-18 Months

Description

The Senior Testing Analyst - Contract will write and execute test scenarios and scripts to support the delivery of an enterprise-wide digital business transformation. The role-holder will manage issues to resolution, and mentor and direct the work of junior test analysts and team members.

Responsibilities

• Document detailed functional and end-user test scenarios and cases based upon business requirements and design documentation
• Perform functional testing to ensure the configured system matches the configuration workbooks
• Execute test cases and document issues
• Provide support for issue investigation and resolution with the development team
• Mentor Jr. Analyst and provide guidance regarding test methodology and expectations
• Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test scenarios in consultation with the business, and assist end users during test execution
  
  

• Experience as a Sr. Test Analyst, preferably in SF or a similar HRIS
• In-depth understanding of HR processes such as recruitment/ onboarding, employee data management, leave management, learning management, goal/ performance setting and review, compensation
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and business teams
• Able to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
• Experience documenting issues and working with development teams to resolve and retest issues
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members
