We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer who will play a pivotal role in transforming our quality assurance practices by leading the shift towards full test automation.

Your expertise in testing .NET Core backends, ReactJS frontends, and React Native mobile applications will ensure our software delivers exceptional performance and user experience.

Collaborating closely with the QA Lead, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, you will implement robust testing strategies, mentor QA team members, and contribute to our culture of quality and innovation.

A Little About You...

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on test automation.
• Proven experience in automating tests for .NET Core backends, ReactJS frontends, and React Native mobile applications.
• Expertise in test automation tools.
• Proficiency in BDD frameworks, specifically SpecFlow with .NET Core/C#.
• Strong understanding of API testing and ability to write automated API tests.
• Advanced skills in SQL for complex queries and data manipulation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for testing purposes.
• Knowledge of WCAG standards and experience in accessibility testing.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  
  

• Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of security testing principles and practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Define and drive the test automation strategy, aligning it with business objectives and fostering a culture of quality across the organization.
• Lead quality initiatives within the team, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence in test automation.

• Develop and implement advanced test automation methodologies, including BDD and end-to-end testing, to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge test automation frameworks and tools like Playwright and Detox.
• Oversee the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like TeamCity or Jenkins, ensuring rapid and reliable product releases.
• Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner to ensure optimal application performance.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG standards and promote accessibility testing to uphold inclusive design principles.

• Define and track key quality metrics and KPIs related to test automation, using data analytics to inform decision-making and drive improvements.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in test automation and QA methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement, implementing innovative solutions to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to ensure overall product quality and security.
  
  

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to software quality (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
• Contribute to quality audits and represent test automation in compliance assessments and certifications.
