Senior Test Automation Engineer Katalon

As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will enable full stack solutions through collaborative planning and integration within a multi-disciplinary team. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing across various aspects of the application lifecycle, including security, API, and regression testing. You will create automation strategies, develop automated scripts, and support data and environment configurations, all while participating in code reviews and monitoring defect reports to enhance the overall quality of the software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts for various testing scenarios.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Monitor and report defects, facilitating continuous improvement in the testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality software.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Katalon Studio.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.
• Familiarity with API testing and security testing frameworks.
• Experience in scripting languages such as Groovy or Java.
