Senior Salesforce Developer AU Mortgage Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00AM - 3:00PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the Salesforce platform, capable of leading complex development projects, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring junior team members. This role requires deep technical expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as proficiency in custom development, integration management, and environment best practices.

Skills Required

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 2+ years operating in a Senior capacity.
• Platform Expertise: Extensive, proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
• Development Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Test Methods), LWC (development, deployment, state management), and strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and platform limits.
• Integration Skills: Deep knowledge of integration patterns, experience consuming and exposing web services (REST/SOAP), and implementing secure, high-volume data transfers.
• Deployment Tools: Proficiency with source control management (Git), deployment tools (SFDX, VS Code, and GitHub).
• Data & Security: Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data governance, and implementing complex sharing rules and visibility.
• Certifications: Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) is required. Platform Developer II (PDII) and Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant certifications are highly desirable.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

• Experience with Marketing Cloud and / or Service Cloud Voice.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks outside of LWC (e.g., React, Angular).
  
  

• Platform Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (where necessary), and other Salesforce technologies across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Architecture & Design: Act as a technical leader in designing and implementing robust, secure, and maintainable solutions that align with business requirements and architectural best practices following a clicks before code principle.
• Integration Management: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of custom and 3rd party integrations (e.g., SSO, Marketing Automation) using APIs (REST/SOAP), platform events, and middleware, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Environment Management: Govern the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including managing sandbox strategies, release management, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and adhering to strict change control processes.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to other developers and team members, fostering a culture of high-quality, reusable code.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and optimise platform performance, manage security settings, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
