Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on a defined target list of high-value accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior IT stakeholders
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
Collaborate with internal teams (solutioning, delivery, and talent) to deliver tailored client solutions
Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, contributing to winning proposals
Drive cross-selling initiatives and secure larger, transformational engagements
Represent the organization in networking events and industry engagement
Anforderungsprofil
Proven experience in consultative sales within IT services or strategy consulting environments
Strong track record of acquiring new clients and growing solutions-based revenue
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives
Strong understanding of digital technologies and transformation initiatives
Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates strong executive presence, communication skills, and a results-driven mindset
