Job Description

  • Manage relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on IT service delivery and growth
  • Serve as the primary liaison for senior IT and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with solutioning, talent acquisition, and delivery teams to ensure client success
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT service offerings
  • Lead proposal development and support responses to RFI/RFP/RFQs
  • Attend client meetings and industry events to maintain engagement and visibility
  • Contribute to client strategy and provide insights to improve outcomes
  • Achieve account growth targets and support broader business objectives


The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in account management or consultative sales within IT services or strategy consulting
  • Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
  • Solid understanding of digital technologies and enterprise IT environments
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and team-oriented environment
