Job Description

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

Project & Delivery Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans in Teamwork.com, tracking milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and hours in real time.
  • Apply the right delivery methodology per project (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, or Kanban) while following PMBOK best practices.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within agreed budgets.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and balanced workloads.
  • Provide clear, structured, and proactive updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and delivery issues early, and drive timely resolution.
  • Manage shared inboxes, triage requests, and allocate work efficiently across contributors.

Resource, Budget & Workflow Management

  • Oversee resource planning and utilisation to maintain steady workflow and avoid bottlenecks.
  • Monitor project budgets, utilisation, and overall project health, escalating issues as needed.
  • Take full ownership of delivery outcomes, not just task coordination.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Document and refine workflows, processes, and service standards.
  • Analyse project data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to implement scalable, long-term process improvements.
  • Prepare concise, actionable reports for the Head of Marketing & Operations.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent on-time delivery with minimal variance against planned hours.
  • Project CSAT of 90% or higher.
  • Strong team utilisation, with schedules planned at least two weeks ahead.
  • 100% adherence to change control and documentation standards.
