Senior Project Engineer AU Construction Hybrid

Salary: P70,000 - P100,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00 AM-05:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 7 years + experience in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven scheduling or planning experience on mining, mineral processing, heavy industrial, or sustaining capital projects.
• Scheduling or planning certification (e.g. P6 training) highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction sequencing in plant environments.
• Solid capability in schedule logic development, baseline management, progress tracking, and critical path analysis.
• Confident communicator able to engage discipline leads, project managers, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules across concurrent projects.
• Microsoft Project – essential
• Primavera P6 – highly regarded
• Excel (advanced), Teams, SharePoint, ACC or similar document control systems – advantageous

• Build and maintain integrated project schedules in Microsoft Project at work package or sub-project level.
• Establish schedule logic, WBS, calendars, constraints, and baselines across project phases (concept, FEED, detailed design, execution).
• Identify and communicate critical path, near-critical activities, float, and key schedule drivers.
• Gather progress updates from discipline leads and project managers and update forecasts accordingly.
• Produce clear schedule outputs including look-aheads, milestone dashboards, variance-to-baseline reports, and progress narratives.
• Highlight emerging schedule risks, interface issues, and impacts from scope changes, vendor delays, or approvals.
• Coordinate schedule interfaces across engineering disciplines, procurement, vendors, and site teams.
• Support shutdown and sustaining capital planning, including tie-ins, cut-overs, isolations, and outage windows.
• Assess schedule impacts of scope variations and support mitigation or recovery planning.
• Assist with procurement tracking, vendor data registers, expediting, and delivery coordination where required.
• Support project controls activities including progress measurement inputs, reporting, and governance documentation.
