You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Strategic Portfolio Partner: Act as the primary portfolio partner for owners of existing or new products, analyzing each product’s role within the broader ecosystem.
• Commercial & Pricing Recommendations: Recommend viable business/commercial model options and conduct periodic pricing reviews to maximize yield across products, segments, and channels.
• Performance Optimization: Track holistic product performance and formulate strategic recommendations for pivots or changes.
• Strategic Assessments: Evaluate the business landscape to assess potential needs for Build/Borrow/Buy strategies.
• Competitive Intelligence: Lead deep-dive competitor analyses focusing on pricing structures and emerging product features.
• Executive Storytelling: Craft compelling management presentations and facilitate decision-making/alignment meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Project Leadership: Take the lead on complex developmental projects or financial product launches with minimal guidance.
• Thought Leadership: Act as a thought partner for senior management (such as the Head of Portfolio Management & BU Heads) and actively contribute to strategic discussions.
  
  
  

We Are Looking For The Following

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management / Economics / Finance, or any related degree, Highly Preferred: MBA from a reputable institution or professional certifications, e.g. CFA charter
• With 6 to 9 years’ experience in a business, strategy, or operations role, with an inclination to P&L ownership
• With solid experience in FinTech, Tech, Banking is highly preferred
• With proven history of leading strategic projects, developing pricing or commercial models, and acting as a thought partner to senior leaders
• With strong ability to build complex financial models, evaluate unit economics, and forecast product profitability.
