Job Description

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical).

With at least 5 years of working experience handling design works in consultancy and construction.

With background in Mechanical System including but not limited to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Vertical Transportation System, Acoustics, GenSet Fuel, LPG, and Building Management System.

With experience in construction management and field inspections

Experienced in managing multiple projects

Job Description

Review mechanical designs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectivity

Provide responses to RFAs/RFis

Provide in-house design and technical specifications for small-scale projects

Conduct site inspections and prepare site recommendation reports to ensure that designs are properly implemented on site

Review data provided on the equipment and system testing, and materials' data sheets specifications provided by bidders during material testing.
