The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to play a central role in advancing our marketing automation strategy, governance, and operational excellence. This position focuses on strategic oversight, quality assurance, process development, and cross-functional collaboration, rather than hands-on campaign execution.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with marketing automation platforms, understands lead management and data flows, and brings a structured and scalable approach to transforming how automation is utilized across the organization. A solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) setup, including campaigns, campaign hierarchy, basic reporting, and lead/contact data management, is essential.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will develop and maintain global standards, documentation, naming conventions, and process frameworks for marketing automation, ensure compliance with data privacy, consent management, and internal governance policies, establish QA practices to ensure consistent, high-quality campaign execution across teams.
- You will review and validate campaigns, workflows, nurtures, and automation processes built by other teams, ensure technical accuracy, process adherence, and alignment with best practices, monitor platform health, data hygiene, and performance to proactively identify issues.
- You will work closely with regional marketing teams, digital teams, sales operations, and other internal stakeholders, provide expert consultation and support to teams leveraging marketing automation.
- You will lead testing initiatives for segmentation, scoring, and nurture optimization, analyze engagement and funnel data to recommend improvements, advocate for ongoing enhancements to processes, tools, and automation capabilities. You will contribute to platform assessments and integration planning, support contract and SLA management, coordinate with IT or CRM teams on update or change impacting automation workflows.
- You will ensure Salesforce campaign structures, hierarchies, and statuses are set up correctly to support attribution and reporting, validate campaign member statuses, basic field mappings, and lead/contact sync behavior between the MAP and SFDC, partner with CRM/Sales Ops to maintain data quality and resolve mismatches or sync issues.
- You will review campaign configuration and offer guidance for proper setup, support reporting needs by understanding SFDC campaign metrics, basic dashboards, and pipeline attribution logic.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- You hold a bachelor’s degree.
- More than 4 years of experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC), including campaign structures, campaign member management, and MAP-CRM data flows.
- Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, scoring models, data structures, and CRM-MAP integrations.
- Proven experience building governance frameworks, documentation, and scalable processes. Analytical mindset with experience evaluating automation performance and optimization opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
