Role Overview
Infinitee is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to serve as a hands-on execution leader for brand campaigns across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for a design expert who excels at translating strategic concepts and client briefs into polished, production-ready assets while ensuring all work adheres to stringent brand guidelines.

Functional
Lead creative development for multi-platform brand campaigns — relying on Creative Director and/or ACD for input at strategic points but not for heavy project guidance or oversight.
Translate job briefs into clear, creative concepts that align with brand standards, campaign strategies, and client expectations.
Ensure consistency in brand expression across all assets, platforms, and campaigns.
Use tools like Figma (design systems, prototyping), Creative Cloud, and ClickUp (task and workflow management) to manage creative workflows efficiently.
Stay on top of design trends and emerging technologies to keep our creative output fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess 7+ years of experience and have an extensive background in retail or consumer brand marketing, 360-degree campaigns, and a strong portfolio of digital marketing work (Meta, marketing landing page designs, email marketing, digital advertising, and the like). Probationary Period
This position begins with a 90-day probationary period, with the expectation to convert to a full-time, contract position after successful integration into the company and client accounts.
Performance will be reviewed every 30 days to ensure a smooth transition into the agency and
accounts.
