Summary

Responsible for ensuring the profitability of projects and driving to meet the project schedule on deliverables while maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12-15 years estimating experience in the curtainwall industry
• Must have a background with Unitized curtainwall and stick built assemblies – preferably for high rise projects; greater than 30 stories
  
  

Ornamental metal and glass for storefronts and podiums as well

• Must be able to do area take offs illicit pricing from multiple vendors, review project specifications and schedules
• Technology – Blue beam, Adobe PDF and must be proficient at MS Excel
• Attend scope review meetings and job walks (if necessary) in person. Responsibility includes putting complex proposals together for
  
  

management review and customer inspection
