Senior Estimator - Civil Infrastructure AU Engineer WFH

Salary: P60,000-P80,0000

Schedule: Monday- Friday (06:30 AM - 03:30 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Minimum 5–10 years experience in civil construction estimating.
• Strong experience with local Government projects (roads, drainage, parks, footpaths, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Australian construction practices and standards
• Council procurement processes
• High proficiency in:
• Bluebeam
• Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
• Strong commercial, negotiation skills and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with an Australian team.
• Successfully managed and contributed to multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality outcomes within agreed timelines

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in including supply chain and market requirements, and ISO certification processes
  
  

What will you do?

• Supports tendering and project delivery for Local Government and civil infrastructure projects across NSW
• Responsible for accurate cost estimation, full‑cycle procurement, cost planning, and tender strategy aligned with company’s delivery model
• Works within internal systems (Assignar, SharePoint, Excel BOQs) and collaborates with Directors, Project Managers, and site teams to deliver competitive, compliant, and profitable tenders
