Job Description

Lead the full lifecycle of major design and construction projects, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery from planning to handover.
Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Oversee technical execution to ensure compliance with all quality, operational, and regulatory standards.
Monitor progress, risks, and financial performance, implementing mitigation and corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution across all project phases.
Uphold strong quality assurance practices and drive continuous process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Design and Construction Project Manager should have:

Brings at least 10 years of project management experience handling complex, large‑scale technical or facility build projects.
Strong technical understanding of design, construction, and operational requirements for high‑reliability environments.
Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and managing capital‑intensive projects.
Skilled in regulatory navigation, compliance, permitting, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Holds a relevant degree (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management) with PMP certification as a plus.
