Senior Accountant AU Financial Services Hybrid

Schedule: 6:00AM-3:00PM PHT

What are we looking for?

• Graduate of Accounting or any relevant business-related course
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or Bookkeeping at least 5 years of experience, preferably in financial or investment environments, with a solid foundation in Australian accounting standards.
• Experience managing multi-entity structures and fund administration.
• Strong working experience with Xero (required)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  
  

What will you do?

Core Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank and inter-entity loan reconciliations.
• Prepare and post month-end journals.
• Assist with budgeting and variance analysis.
• Support the preparation of management reports.
  
  

Process & Operations

• Develop, improve, and document accounting workflows.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records.
• Assist with data entry, migration, and general accounting administration.
• Identify and escalate irregularities or exceptions.
• Collaborate with management for guidance, review, and approvals.
  
  

Ad-hoc Support

• Perform additional accounting tasks as needed.
• Assist with entity-specific processing and specialized transactions.
