What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Proven work experience as a Senior Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Industry experience in IT&T such as Managed Service Providers
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at

all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Current Sales Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, Juniper or other vendor

equivalent certifications.

  • Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while

maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and internal teams to maintain and

expand our customer base

  • Schedule and run regular customer meetings as required with agenda, minutes

and actions

  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Report on the status of accounts through Salesforce CRM software
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for

growth
