Who You’ll Be Working With

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll Be Responsible For The Following

• Lead Control Mapping and QA Reviews - Maintain the CSFM Controls Repository and conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews for all critical units to evaluate effectiveness and compliance of cybersecurity and fraud controls.
• Support Audit Engagements and Remediation Tracking - Coordinate internal and external audit activities, prepare evidence submissions, track findings, and support the end-to-end remediation process to ensure timely closure.
• Governance Reporting and Documentation - Draft and organize governance reports, dashboards, and compliance memos for internal leadership and regulatory bodies (e.g., BSP, NPC), ensuring alignment with standards.
• Contribute to Capability Uplift via Training Assessment - Collaborate with the Training and Awareness Leads by providing QA-informed insights and recommendations to improve the content and effectiveness of security trainings.
• Engage in Stakeholder Coordination - Work with other CSFM pillars, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to align risk and control practices and support cross-functional regulatory engagements.
  
  
  

We’re Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience in IT Audit, Cybersecurity Governance, Process QA, or Risk & Compliance
• Solid understanding of security controls and compliance with regulatory standards (BSP, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Experience coordinating or supporting internal/external audits or security assessments
• Basic understanding of training development lifecycle is an advantage
• Proficient in documentation, reporting, and analysis tools
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to explain technical matters clearly and persuasively
