Purpose Of Role

SAP L2 Support Analyst main purpose is to provide the second level of business process and functional support for the SAP MM/SD/VMS/DBM SAP module, supporting the business processes implemented on SAP related to the areas of Production Planning, Logistics and Distribution.

Job Role And Responsibilities

• Analyze incidents and service request Medium and High complexity to provide and deploy efficient
• solutions in the times agreed with the business in the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and that are align with SAP and business best practices.
• Identify repetitive incidents and propose them to be managed as problems and lead the root cause analysis.
• Propose improvement to the BAU SAP process implemented.
• Get actively involved in the knowledge process to the end user, making documents, documenting
• known errors in our Knowledge database, preparing end user training documentation, among others, and leading the knowledge transfer process to the support team lower level, such as L1,5.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements which include reports, data processing, load programs, and adjustment tools.
• Develop functional tests in a quality environment and accompanying, if necessary, the end-user testing process.
• Work with the project team, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to attend the projects
• handover after a go live process.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• SAP Logistic Certification (Desirable)
• Advanced knowledge in SAP Logistics modules, such us SD, MM, EWM, VMS, among others.
• At least of 5 years of SAP experience supporting/delivering SAP MM/SD Functionality.
• At least of 1 years of SAP experience in L2 support services
