Salesforce Developer – Field Service Lightning, Integrations, Apex Flows & Support
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL), Salesforce Integrations, Apex Flows, and Support Operations. This role involves developing scalable solutions, integrating systems, and providing ongoing support for Salesforce applications, especially those impacting field service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Configure and customize FSL to support scheduling, dispatching, mobile workforce management, and service optimization.
Implement service territories, work rules, service appointments, and dispatcher consoles.
Collaborate with field teams to gather feedback and enhance FSL usability.
Salesforce Integrations
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and platform events.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated platforms.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance.
Apex Flows & Development
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
Build and optimize Flow automations (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, and Screen Flows).
Ensure Apex code and Flows follow best practices and are scalable and maintainable.
Support & Maintenance
Provide Level 2/3 support for Salesforce applications, including issue resolution, bug fixes, and user assistance.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and support procedures.
Collaborate with business users and support teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and support.
Proven experience with Field Service Lightning configuration and customization.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and tools.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Flow Builder, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience in providing application support and troubleshooting.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II or FSL Consultant is a plus).
Preferred Skills
Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado is an advantage.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
