Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within existing systems. The role includes collaborating with various teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and performance standards. Continuous enhancement and troubleshooting of software elements are part of daily activities, alongside adapting to evolving project needs and technologies to deliver efficient and scalable applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of quality software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Additional Good To Have Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with external systems and APIs.
• Ability to optimize performance and scalability of custom components.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
