Salesforce Developer AU IT Consulting WFH

Arrangement: Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00AM - 3:00PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years experience in Salesforce development
• Proficient across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CTI (Telephony Integration), and Experience Cloud
• Ability to design back-end technical functionality aligned to required front-end outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
• Flows and declarative configuration
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and governor limits
• Strong integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Ability to estimate work effort accurately from requirements
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications, including at minimum:
• Platform Developer II
• Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect
• Platform Administrator
• Platform App Builder

What will you do?

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to support business processes and enhance user experience.

• Develop scalable Salesforce components and integrations aligned with best practices
• Implement custom functionalities using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Maintain system integrity and data consistency across environments
• Conduct unit testing, deployment, and support activities
• Participate in daily progress meetings and report deliverables to the client manager
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for new Salesforce capabilities
