Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)

Job Summary

Attention Salesforce Superheroes in the Philippines! Exciting news – Thunder is expanding its horizons, and we are seeking a talented and versatile Salesforce Data Migration Consultant to join our newly formed, dynamic team in the Philippines. This role demands proficiency in analytical business acumen and consulting experience in enterprise and Salesforce/Mulesoft platforms.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate previous consulting experience in Salesforce/Mulesoft platforms to comply with best practices related to client-specific solutions and develop integration processes.

Role + Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data migration requirements, and design the solution architecture to ensure the integrity and quality of migrated data
• Develop and implement Salesforce data integration solutions with various systems and platforms (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools, external APIs)
• Perform data mapping, data transformation, and data loading using various Salesforce tools (e.g., Data Loader, MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.)
• Ensuring prompt and efficient completion of client projects
• Serving as the primary point of contact for Associate Consultants and Consultants in case of escalation
• Demonstrating expertise in Data Integration and related functionalities as a subject matter expert (SME)
• Providing mentorship and functional support to team members
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in handling Salesforce Data Migration & Integration projects
• At least 2 Active Salesforce Certifications + willingness to achieve 3 active Salesforce certifications within your first 6 months of employment
• Required:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce App Builder
• Preferred:
• Mulesoft Certified Developer
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Certified AI Associate
• Salesforce Certified AI Specialist
• Preferably with hands-on experience in Salesforce Integration tools such as Mulesoft
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal.
