What Youll Do

As a Salesforce Application Architect, you will design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership across projects. You will balance architecture ownership with hands-on implementation, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design covering data, security, automation, and integrations
• Define and document architecture decisions aligned with Salesforce best practices
• Design resilient integration patterns including error handling, transformation, and monitoring
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements
  
  

Hands-on Development & Delivery

• Build and deliver Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, OmniStudio, and configuration
• Actively contribute to complex builds and critical technical components
• Refactor legacy implementations and lead workflow/process builder migration to Flow
• Support release readiness and deployment activities
  
  

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Establish and enforce engineering standards and best practices
• Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and quality gates
• Guide teams on test approaches, release governance, and secure development practices
• Partner with delivery leads to ensure technical alignment across projects
  
  

Mentorship & Collaboration

• Mentor Salesforce developers and uplift overall team capability
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams
