Salesforce Application Architect AU IT Services WFH

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 4:00PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Application Architect who is already operating at senior engineering level and is progressing strongly into architecture. This is a player/coach role: you will own solution design and remain hands-on in delivery, lifting engineering standards and ensuring secure, scalable outcomes for our clients.

Skills Required

• 5+ years experience in Salesforce delivery with strong hands-on engineering capability.
• Practical experience contributing to architecture outcomes (security, data, integration, maintainability) in complex environments.
• OmniStudio exposure (required) including FlexCards/OmniScripts/DataRaptors/Integration Procedures.
  
  

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (AI Specialist track)
• Architect track: Application Architect, Data Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, Platform App Builder
• Relevant Salesforce certification/s:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant
• Salesforce AI Associate

• Lead solution design across Salesforce: data model, security/sharing model, automation strategy, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability).
• Build and deliver hands-on using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Omnistudio and configuration.
• Provide technical leadership: standards, code reviews, test approach, release readiness and delivery governance.
• Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP), including mapping, transformation, resiliency and error handling.
• Uplift and modernise existing orgs (security/access reviews, refactoring legacy implementations, workflow/process migration to Flow).
• Mentor developers and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality technical delivery.
