  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in after-sales technical support or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and Salesforce; strong teamwork and sales training capabilities; excellent communication skills; knowledge of after-sales and pre-sale technical support.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide after-sales technical assistance, demonstrate products pre-sale, maintain customer relations, and deliver training sessions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset. Hardworking.
