Job Description

Lead and manage a team of house-to-house sales agents to promote and sell the products of the company.
Utilize your network of sub-agents in the area to expand sales reach.
Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
Conduct regular fieldwork with the team to monitor performance and provide on-the-spot coaching.
Generate and present sales reports to management.
Address and resolve any sales-related issues promptly.
