Job Description
- Process client transactions, and requirements
- Take charge in promoting, marketing, and selling FLI properties
- Foster professional networks
- Build rapport with clients, and colleagues
- Head and support a team of Property Specialists
- Meet sales quota required within 6 months
- Must possess at least 72 units in college or College/Bachelors Degree
- With a solid experience (minimum of 3 years) as a sales manager or top performer in a real estate industry
- Excellent oral & written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Capable in networking and maintaining good client relationship
- Must have confidence, a pleasing personality, and a positive attitude
- Can work in a team and has high sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-motivation
- Enthusiastic, resourceful, and goal-oriented
- Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
- Willing to work in any part of Metro Manila
