Job Description
Translate growth ambitions into a country sales strategy spanning air, sea, and cross‑border offerings.
Lead and develop the sales organization-set expectations, coach to targets, and recognize performance.
Run a disciplined pipeline/forecast process, ensuring accurate reports and CRM utilization against KPIs.
Track market signals and competitor moves; shape pricing and value propositions with leadership input.
Serve as the senior escalation for complex opportunities and strategic customers to secure long‑term loyalty.
Work with Operations, Customer Service, and Technology to stitch together reliable, integrated solutions.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Manager Should Have
At least 5 years in freight forwarding sales, leading teams or multi‑team structures.
Proven history of commercial strategy execution that drives revenue growth and market share.
Working mastery of international logistics, INCOTERMS, customs processes, and Southeast Asia trade nuances.
Strong leadership presence with coaching, motivation, and performance management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
