Job Description
Develop and deliver the national sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives
Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-layered sales organisation
Drive revenue growth across major construction and infrastructure segments
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners
Ensure robust forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial governance
Work closely with technical, operations, and regional stakeholders
Represent the business in high-level client and industry engagements
The Successful Applicant
Seasoned sales leader with a minimum of 20 years commercial experience
Licensed Civil or Structural Engineer (essential)
Additional background in Business Administration (BBA, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
Strong experience within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector
Demonstrated track record of driving sustained sales growth in complex, project-led environments
Proven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing sales teams
Highly effective at developing long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders
International exposure or experience working within multinational environments is an advantage
