Sales Development Representative (SDR) Job Summary~ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative with 3+ years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record in lead generation and booking qualified meetings. In this fast-paced role, you will prospect, conduct outreach, and qualify opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities~
Conduct outreach via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn prospecting
Research and identify potential leads through networking and market analysis
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
Prospect mid-market and enterprise accounts to generate high-value opportunities
Maintain high activity levels to meet or exceed targets consistently
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies
Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress timely
Stay informed on industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Represent the company at networking events and conferences
Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies
Skills & Qualifications~
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in lead generation or appointment setting
Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline building
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Knowledge of software development services is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
